Dear Andre,
there is no table of equivalency. Philips, Valvo, Ferroxcube (all the same company) produce ferrites, meanwhile Micrometals is manufacturing iron-powder cores.
Amidon ferrites You can also find at Fair-Rite in US, Amidon powder cores at Micrometals.
Have a look to the survey or selector chart in the manufacturer`s catalog to find out the fitting material for long-wave or short wave application.
As a rule of thumb is the material permeability is a hint for the desired frequency range.
urel = 80 f= 3...30 MHz 73kHz....3 MHz also possible
400...1000 f= 73 kHz....7 MHz
2700 f=20 kHz...300kHz
5000...10 000 Audio frequency
