Jim Moritz M0BMU asked: Do hardware shops in Germany really sell litz wire, Geri?< ... probably not the one you would call Litz-wire for RF applications, but in German, if it one single wire it is called "Draht" (which is the German word for wire) or, if it is numerous wires we call it "Litze" (which probably has no direct translation into English) ... so it is the normal "Litze" we use for electrical household applications, it is cheap, and does the job!
