Hi all,
last fall someone posted an information on this reflector
regarding experiments made in Italy (near Naples?) in the
50ies or 60ies - probably by the American Navy - using a
powerful medium wave transmitter and antennas radiating
straight up to prove the existence of the Luxemburg-effect.
May I ask this person to kindly get in touch with me direct
and send me the information again - if possible with some
details about the experiments made.
If someone has stored the email on his HDD please do not
hesitate to send it to me also, since - after printing it on the
printer I deleted the email and now the paper also has dis-
appeared... sri.
