maybe not. Joe how exactly are you generating the signal, 10 MHz OCXO (with or without GPS?) and a binary-counting DDS? Theoretically. 

10M / (2^32) * 3551941 = 8270.0070925057..

so about 92 uHz high.

Noise is coming from the south west, Joe is on bearing
280. I shifted the beam north to 310 to reduce the
noise quite a lot (and the signal a bit too) -

Now in 39.7 uHz
