Domenico's 20 UT transmission decoded nicely here, giving Eb/N0 16.9 dB (symbol errors) / 22.7 dB (carrier). Hi Domenico,I intend to join in on 137490 Hz, sending 5 characters, 2 s, hourly repetitions starting 22 UT + 0.2 s. A carrier preamble will commence 5 minutes before the hour, but no extra carrier after the sequence. My ERP is about 2 dB down due to snow.
