The relocation will remove you from all that fun with transpolar propagation,
but at least you stand a good chance of being in soil conductivities of 15-30
mS/m, if you don't get wedged into the extreme corner of either state (too
near Missouri). Moose will be replaced with white tail deer, so far as the
wildlife pests go, and you'll want to watchful for snakes a bit more of the year.
No mountains in the distance, no midnight sun, but once tornado season is
over you'll be able to keep the antenna up and radiating more efficiently than
ever.
