no,  Paul, it wasnt me. 
but to inform you and others, Im back now from Catalunia/Andorra and winding 
big coils.
the original coils have been offered to the VLF devil by fire, cause: Tesla 
effect / corona.

I noticed a carrier on my spectrogram this morning,
on an unusual bearing, about 8270.007Hz

 From about 06:30 UT to 09:00   Perhaps it was DJ8WX but
Uwe is usually a bit stronger than that.

Now has it shifted down a mHz?
