Dear Larry & LF Group,I also noticed DCF39 was off air at about 0100utc last night. It was back on again later. I also heard what I think was CFH, bulding up to about 15-20dB above the noise floor by the time I went to bed at about 0130 - so it might be worth the people across the pond having a listen over the weekend.
