Hmmmm.

I think we should consult Standard & Poors valuation of the meter before
allowing such changes. Anyway Mr. Hertz was a European and the
international standard Metre was still held in Paris last time I heard.
So, on that account I would xenophobicaly assert we on this side should
have the prior right to determine how and for what they are used!
