looking at the decodes from DF2JP , ~ 10 db over the limit , from that
, 15 watts would of decoded ! , at -21 db , could be down to single
figures ...?

that the TX power was only 150 watts last night. It is usually
450 W.
It will be on again at 150W tonight.
