Don't forget we see an NDB "Z" carrier on 508.000 KHz, plus or minus from
that would be preferred for WSPR signal.

Yes, I can use 508.000 as a center frequency. So that'll put the dial
frequency down to 506.500. The WE2XVY signal would certainly be a
challenge for you!
So XGR/3 will be on 508.000 starting at 2330Z.
