A certain well known ZL LF enthusiast used this method of antenna feeding
some years back. But he forgot about curtains that move around in the wind
etc, especially when least expected. Even just a few hundred volts with a
bit of LF energy behind it can burn marks on curtains!

Dear LF Group,

Getting back to the topic of LF antennas, another useful type of feed
method for LF antennas is the "450ohm unbalanced air line", or, to the
layman, the "bit of wire hanging in the air".
