Of the four exclusion zones, three are obvious, presumably
sferics receivers spread across the UK.
are AFAIK normal monitoring points.
The remaining one is near Roseworthy, west of Camborne, Cornwall. Wonder
why that's in the exclusion zone? Seems too close to Exeter to be useful.
