It looks like Ken's idea with the mic connector will work. Closing the up
or down pin moves the frequency .01 kHz. What I need to do to use the
connector give the rig a single unbounced short pulse signal on pin 3 when
the frequency shifts from one state to the other or a single pulse to pin 4
when it returns.
The ideal on this would be if there were a way to make QRSS give me these signals, but without that, I will try to do it with small relays. If someone knows of a circuit like this please send it to me, otherwise, I will try to draw up something myself. J. |
