Hello again,

I thought, in the quiet moments before I start wielding the soldering
iron in a frenzy to get QRV on 500kHz, that I'd share a website that
contains a few recordings of 500kHz in "the good old days".

http://mikea.ath.cx//coastal

I particularly like the recoding of the Queen Mary's last eastbound
trip and the "English Channel Tea Party".

I'd also recommend (assuming you all don't already have a copy)
"QRT500" the DVD, which I got from an eBay seller, which shows footage
of the last night on 500kHz at Lands End GLD.

Hopefully I'll get some components in the post today and I can start
building my 500kHz TX.

Cheers,

John GM4SLV
