Reference recent info from Alaska. I have worked
KL7 quite a number of times on 160 metres with very good sig reports each way,
especially early in the morning here, could check the log for exact times
if necessary, around 0600z/0700z at this time of year. Also worked W6 and
W7 and VE7 at these times.
LF 136 khz could be a possibility, given a good
antenna system at each end plus plenty of RF.
To be in with a chance a good high 100 ft
plus vertical resonated antenna at each end would be a start. At
this distance and path forget about small loops and 1 metre walking sticks.
