I observed a similar signal in the last evening at ~23z, but on frequency 
136430.
10 seconds transmit, 2 seconds a pause and periodically long breaks. Audible 
S5-S6.

Since 9:00, I'm seeing 10s dashes with 2 s breaks, freq 136290Hz +- some drift, northerly DOA with some QSB, up to ~ 1 µV/m.It's now on the bottom panel at http://freenet->homepage.de/df6nm/Grabber.htm
