earlier, say between midnight and 0400.  If a serious test is going to be
conducted from one of the Decca sites it must include this time period.

Well put.  I should comment that my lightning static level is rising here
very quickly.  Yesterday it did not go away at all.  I am however able to
see the LowFer signal from Mitch as a "line" almost continuously  even with
the static.

Our Beacon on 137.710 goes on the air later this weekend.  Then I will get
back to finishing the big TX.
