Invariably your signals improve at my end
as the night progresses and dawn breaks. I’m on my new autotransformer
tonight. miniVNA says SWR = 1.2 and Xs is low but phase angle still in 20s,
and Tx only putting out 30w into load. According to VNA I need an extra 1.2uH
to bring to full resonance so will be winding an extra coil tomorrow or Sunday.
Jim M is booming in now.
I’m looking for the 1000kn mark next
and then next step is over the pond and 5000km +

My 500kHz beacon has just been turned back on again. Any reports or
screenshots would be appreciated. It would be lovely to have some reports
