Hello Jan-Martin The SPM-3 has a single xtal filter at the 650kHz 1st IF followed by a narrow LC filter at the 1.5kHz 2nd IF. The 1.5kHz filter is something like 100/120Hz wide at -6db. 73s Tracey SPM-3 is another interesting unit, but I believe the selectivity is based on LC-filters, and it really is too broad. Have kept a few for possible interest for 136kc activity in Norway. |
