Thanks to all who replied to my
question.
Sorry to see that these FET-drivers are not (yet) a
widely available
product.
Marek's suggestion of using an ICL7667 isn't an bad
idea at all.
I know the person I Holland who sells them; but
hadn't tought of him in
the first place. (he is rather
expensive...........)
At the momente I am so unfortunate that I can not
afford myself to buy
any expensive parts; so it really has to be a lot
of 'junk-box'material to be used.
Meanwhile I am searching for old (second-hand?)
computer powersupply's
which might contain also sone usefull
components.
I downloaded several designs now; also the quarter
kilowatt amplifier from G0MRF,
which seems to use no driver
IC..........
Probably my first experimental 137kHz set-up will
be something like the DF3LP
"impatient design", simple straight in the old
fashioned way.......

running....................more later?????)
