If can i help Vlad, i may send him a two little fixed frequency source for
qrss at 136, 670 KHZ more or less some hertz, and one at 136, 500 KHZ for
aural CW.
This source are made with two xtal at high frequency divided more than 50
times, with a programmable divider Philips, and all two are useful for drive
the transmitter and keying CW, while using a transverter, may be a problem
to have a stable frequency.
I have here many divider and xtal, so really for me will be a pleasure!!

Vlad has

built the transverter for his FT840, not separate TX. So when he is
transmiting he can not to recieve...:-( I'll try to contact  him and
discurst any posibility of FREQ measurement. May be RU6LA will see him and
mesure the FREQ. But now Ed is in city and also has not see Vlad
(may be because of very strong industrial QRM at his home location). A
have send msg to Ed and ask him to scan the band for Vlad's sigs. It seems
to me FREQ error is the only posible reason... What else can be?...

Any way Vlad continue transmit every night.
