Nice vfo. I use a kenwood remote vfo -520 on 5 Mhz and divide down for the 500 Khz band but will have to add more C later to get on 472 - 479
The ext Vfo units work well for both MF es LF on CW maybe not stable enough for qrs 6000000000000000000

Indeed it also took me a while to notice Rainer's signal (DL1ARH), since I had been using 100 Hz audio bandwidth. Surely the chirps can be cured with a VFO similar to the one shown here:
