Hi all, for anyone interested, I have now managed to load a complete set of
plots for the DCF39 to CT1DRP path ( .GIF files as used on my propagation
forecast page) onto my website in the Useful Programs area. They will
download as files.
http://www.alan.melia.btinternet.co.uk/programs

They are divided up into separate months and each month is zipped up and is
about 250kBytes on average. I am aware the plots for one whole month (it
might be March ) has the right day number but the wrong (alpha) month in the
title line...but the right date on the data legend under the plot. That was
a bit of dosiness when I re-plotted that lot.... I was being so careful to
get the day right. I dont feel like generating all those again, but I may
eventually edit the plots. It should be obvious, I think. (reason for
replot....another bit of dosiness when cleaning up...using DOS Command line
and wildcards....I'm out of practice these days, but its still quicker than
fiddling around with the mouse.)

Brian is planning a re-work of his system soon so there may be a gap in the
reports, unless CFH reappears. If any Transatlantic tests start up I will
try to keep a forecast going based on the solar data. Just remember that
Propagation forecasting is a very inexact science, like the HF charts in
Radcom....if if says that there is no likelyhood of a path to VK, it doesnt
mean that there might not be some Oz pounding through on 20m, who hasn't
read the report !!

At least the static seems to be reducing a little now, so maybe there will
be some signals back on 136 soon ?? I did hear G6NB briefly during the week.

Cheers de Alan G3NYK
