Dear LF Group, I see there were a further 3 X-class flares over Sunday night/Monday morning - not surprising that conditions seem depressed, with low levels of signal and noise. No transatlantic signals seen over the weekend here, but VO1NA did pop up out of the noise for about 1 hour this morning (4th Nov) around 0600 for an hour or so. I see there has just been another big flare that seems to have pegged the satellite's detectors at X17+ - should be good for aurora enthusiasts! Cheers, Jim Moritz 73 de M0BMU |
