Hi all, yes the peak on Steve's plot for DCF39 is the best for a month or
so. It is very interesting that as I surmised earlier, the improvement has
come on the "tail" of some solar/geomag activity. This would seem to confirm
that dead quiet conditions are not the best for long distance DX. Steve's
window is widening as the days get shorter again but the increase is much
more dramatic.
