It is definitely CFH, and is quite loud here at
700 km. I have been watching the line on your screen as well! Unfortunately,
I'm not set up presently to make an accurate field strength
reading.

Dear LF group,
for some time there has
been a blue line on 136955.90 Hz, in the middle of my SpecLab screen
(http://members.aol.com/df6nm/Grabber.htm,
now updating every 10 min). It is probably the CFH carrier mentioned by
G3NYK and monitored by CT1DRP.
This is what I had always wished to
have for W-E propagation monitoring - a narrow line that can be received
with millihertz resolution, and (hopefully) clean and weak enough not to
clutter up the band in America. The line was visible in Nuernberg during
most of the daylight hours, and peaked to ~3 µV/m around 21:15 this evening
- looks like conditions may to be improving. If somebody could make a
measurement of CFH within ground wave range, we could estimate their
radiated power and make guesses on ionospheric path attenuation.
Best
wishes
Markus,
