PS - I see looking at the Philips HEF4017 data sheet that it is considerably faster than some other manufacturers examples, and would be OK to 13.6MHz with a 12V power supply - but if you use this, make sure you get the genuine Philips one! Cheers, Jim Moritz 73 de M0BMU |
