A couple months back there was another SAQ 'test transmission' and I heard
nothing here. Now I wonder if it was yet another problem in the
announcement of the test time. Also recall several other time mistakes on
original postings for 'official transmissions' that required correction notices.
How hard can it possibly be to get the time right?
