Great! Glad to hear you're going to monitor for a while longer.

Came close to a capture of CT1DRP last June...but not quite enough for an
ID...July and August are
pretty tough with the large number of Tstorms here. WD2XGJ puts a consistently
big signal into EU
(especially when running the Decca)...so you might see him on the rare, quiet,
mid summer night.

Hello Alan and Jay ,
Thank for your comment ! Yes ! if I understand well, I am wrong to stop my
night recordings! (it is
the opposite of what I could read) I am young in LF (first winter) On your
councils I will continue.

Hi Jean Pierre, whats all this about a "season " for LF DX ?? This seems to
be an enduring myth.
The only thing is that the storm noise makes it more uncomfortable to listen in
summer, but on quiet
nights there are just as good a signals available, though not for as long, as
in winter. In fact if
we are to believe the pundits the Spring Equinox is supposed to be the best
period of the year. I am
not personally convinced of that because it depends much more on the state of
geomagnetic activity.
Over the next twelve months as we pass through the solar minimum the LF
propagation conditions
should remain quite good, exceppt for the shorter nights and thunderstorm QRM.
