You report a RTTY signal on 82.7.  I hear it hear very strongly, almost the
same strength as Rugby on 73kHz.  There is also a slightly weaker but still
quite strong signal around 81.1.  I have not in the past paid any attention
to signals around here, but it is possible of course that they also come
from the Rugby stable.  Static is enormous on 136 this afternoon, even
louder than the previous days.
