I've been montoring it since it first came on and I haven't seen any
dual-rating. It's only supposed to be a slave on 67310.

The Rugby Loran still only seems to be operating "office hours" during
week-days at the moment. So far this week, it seems to be transmitting
"single-rated" signals at the Lessay chain 6731 GRI - I am fairly sure it
was transmitting a "dual-rated" signal last week - can anyone confirm? At
least it reduces the noise level by a couple of dB...
