Jay, Well that's a fine kettle of fish. I had no idea you were operating in a special time slot (0059Z - 0090Z). The Canadian government established those hours to protect their power grid. Since the time isn't real, any power interruption can't be real, either. Obviously, U.S. regulators were not comfortable with the concept of anti-time. John A. |
