LF: newcomer

Hi 
I'm a newcomer in this LF matters, just recently
have been told by my Telecom services (ICP) that
I was going to be authorized to use 136 Khz in a 
Amateur secondary basis, so Iam still trying to catch up
with things now !

My first question is if any of you had any experiences 
with the British company "Nevada" transmitter for 136.5 Khz 
called "first" ? If so, any further information will be most
apreciated.
