Looking back through my Argocaps, I found this one which appears to be most
of UA9OC's callsign starting at 2224UTC on 14 Mar. It takes a bit of
imagination, but the frequency is right (0 on my scale is 137.000kHz).

Note how close other stations were to the frequency.
