My Loading coil inductance at 137 is around 0.5mH therefore at 9 kHz it should be roughly 116 mH. Not such a big coil in my case.

I assume you know your antenna capacitance so you can easily calculate your needed inductance. Or, if you know your L for 137kHz, it will be about (137/9)^2 at 9 kHz!
