Last night two GI stns active on beacon and the interestingt part was the variations in strength. GI4DPE increased in strength to 599 as the night progressed and remained fairly steady but some other nights the signal goes from S9 to zero for brief periods. GI3PDN signal peaked the odd time to S8 but the QSB was severe on this signal all of the time that I listened. It seems propagation on 500 changes daily or hourly, some vy strong signals at times and other times signals are barely readable. This applies both day and night. 73 de Mal/G3KEV |
