to cross the pond. <

Uh... not so! I copied Jim in WOLF mode in March, 2001. Since I've also seen
him in QRSS mode, this makes the third variety from his garden. However, it
is the most significant, as tests with the Lowfers over here have shown WOLF
to be similarly effective to QRSS60. Jason appears to be closer to QRSS10.

I'm sure all your hard work finding the right propagation and co-ordination
between you will encourage those who hope that the path can one day be
spanned with standard CW. <

I think we're more than a few dB short.

How important was your ability to accurately set frequency John? Is there an
acceptable margin of error with Jason 95?

Jason is very forgiving in that regard, as it works on the DIFFERENCE
between the tones. An error of a few Hz would not be a problem.
