The first xband QSO between EA/G3 took place on the 13 - Feb - 1999 at 2147 utc between
EA1QX, Jose near Vigo and myself G3KEV. My report was 439 on 136.5 khz and his report from me on 3568 khz was 579.
This is one of a  number of xband QSO'S that I worked around EU with those not licensed to work on 136 khz.
This information has been reported over the years on this reflector when the events took place.
