Experimenting recently with FET driver chips I notice on the leading edge of a tc4426 some voltage spikes, like a pulse train. The output it taken directly to a scope input HI Z whereas when terminated into 50 ohms at the scope input the spikes disappear and the SQ wave is clean. The SQ wave to the tc4426 input is clean. I expect the Gate Z matches the driver and cleans up the wave.
Has anyone else noticed this?
