A bit off topic, but it might be interesting for some of us.

Hi All,
I did some wiring and programming on the KD1JV Mini DDS VFO today and put
it
on the air on 7,002.60 kHz, QRSS10. The key-up trace is 25 Hz lower.
Having
both traces increases your odds to decipher the 5-letter keyword in the
message. This is a QRPppp signal, in the order of 5 mW, entering a 35 m
long
feedline before reaching the R7 vertical. The beacon will be on until
further notice via this reflector. Are you ready for this challenge? Good
luck!
