At some time after 00:00 utc my Beacon went off air.(Hopefully only blown
fuses)
But the message is that DFCW has a more arduous duty cycle than QRS, to be
expected of course since the whole idea is to get more information into a
certain time span. As it was set- up the the transmitter was "ON" almost
continously for
at least an hour at a time with only short inter-element gaps.I will need to
introduce a few rest periods and perhaps shorten the element length a
little.I need to do this anyway in order to shorten the message
time.Hopefully I will be back on tonight,
