If this can be of any help, I am using ICL7667 instead of TC4426.

There is no problem with it, I use a single chip since the beginning, it
survived some explosions of FETs etc. ;-) Price is ca. $1 per piece + 22%
VAT at www.semiconductors.com.pl .
