Hi JB, I am glad you like it.  I built it to use just that way. I find it a
good way to get a feel for the problems...like "What happens if.....?" You
are quite often stuck with one value either a prefeed one of the capacity of
an antenna that you can't do much about. I am also allergic to continually
re-entering values to a utility.  To get the best use out of the reactance
box you have to remember that the inductive and capacitive reactances are
equal at resonance.

I hope the version of Jim's lop design works well for you
