Of interest to members of this reflector will be the RSGB response on the
consultation of the ECC Report 25 that concerns the 2008 version of this
table.  A link to the response is on the following page.

The consultation period is open until 16th August and it could be helpful if
other national societies voiced a similar position with respect to 500kHz.
Currently, I'm only aware of a response from IRTS.
