today 27/03/1999 9.02 and 15.00 utc, the signal on
136.997 kHz is audible (weakly) in JN 65 VP (Trieste -
Italy), and it has a direction 95-115/275-295 degree.
I have seen IK5ZPW (SLCW 3 sec dot) with spectrogram
on 137.710 kHz 8.20 utc.
