Dear J.B., LF Group, ... When I connect that pigtail to a 50 ohm dummy load, the signal strength as monitored by a portable LF radio near to the loop goes all to h..l... That ties in with what I was suggesting - if the loop is ideally loaded for max. output, the signal should only reduce by about 3dB when the load is connected, not go all to h..l :-) Cheers, Jim Moritz 73 de M0BMU |
