LF: R6BWO & DL1EIE

Ref. new stations R6BWO and DL1EIE on 136:

My theory is that the missing dot in Jeff F6BWO's call sign got
mysteriously delayed and re-appeared in that of DL9IE! Both stations
have been very active on 136 for a long time.

Some research needed into long-delay-dots?

Regret will miss the LF get together at Windsor this year due to a
double booking.
