This is the first succesful reception of a signal from Canada in Poland at 8270Hz.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Joe transmitted ebnaut with the following parameters: 1 character, 16K21A coding, 8 bit CRC, 60s per symbol, start at 21:00 UTC.<\/p>\n<p>The transmission was first received decoded by Paul Nicholson from remote VLF streams, avaliable at his site: <a href=\"http:\/\/abelian.org\/vlf\/\">http:\/\/abelian.org\/vlf\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve later decoded it myself with a bit better signal. The stream made avaliable to Paul&#8217;s site it vorbis compressed, which is lossy compression and looses some information. This is the reason\u00a0 why my local recording is a bit better. Distance is slightly greater\r\nat 4419.8 km.\r\n\r\nWolf's receiver has been working very well the last few days.\r\nWonder if some improvement has been made?\r\n\r\nWarsaw (5096.6 km SQ5BPF)\r\n\r\n-------------------------\r\n\r\nDecoded easily.
