Hartmut's readout showed an offset of -0.254 Hz. Assuming his calibration is perfectly correct, I might have just missed you, as I had set my decoder's frequency tolerance parameter to only 0.2 Hz. O

WD2XES is presently sending WOLF(10) on 137.441 kHz with 100 watts transmitter output. The power will increase to the normal 500 watts (1W ERP) around 2330Z, and the signal will remain on until 1000Z
